General Questions
What types of floral arrangements do you offer?
At Evermore Floral Designs, we create everything from classic bouquets and romantic rose arrangements to modern, bespoke floral designs. Whether you need flowers for a wedding, birthday, anniversary, or “just because,” we tailor every arrangement to suit your style and occasion.
Where is Evermore Floral Designs located?
Our floral studio is based in Richmond / Nelson, New Zealand. We proudly serve the local community and surrounding areas with handcrafted flower arrangements and personalized service.
Do you deliver flowers outside of Richmond and Nelson?
Yes. We offer local delivery throughout Richmond, Nelson, and nearby areas. For deliveries further afield, please contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What are your business hours?
Evermore Floral Designs is open Monday to Friday business hours from 8:30 am-5 pm. The online website is open 24 hours for placing orders.Sometimes I can be a bit more flexible for pick up times since being a Home based Business. Sunday deliveries are for any event landing on this day. Weddings or special events — please reach out to confirm availability.
Can I visit your studio?
At Evermore Floral Designs you will generally need to make an appointment to visit the premises please, unless you have already arranged a pick up through an order via the website. There can be odd times no one will be available to assist you, so it is best advised to make phone call first +64 275055707
Ordering & Delivery
How do I place an order for flower delivery?
You can place your order online through Evermore Floral Design's website, by phone, email or by visiting our studio via appointment. Once confirmed your order will be handcrafted and you can ensure it’s created with fresh flowers for pick up or delivery on time for your preferred date or time.
Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes. Same-day delivery is available across Richmond and Nelson for orders placed before [2:00 PM]. For urgent requests, please call us directly and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Evermore Floral Designs will do their best to meet your preferred delivery time. Simply include your request when ordering, and we’ll confirm what’s possible depending on our schedule.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If no one is available to receive the flowers, we’ll leave them in a safe, shaded spot or with a neighbour. If the chosen place is not so obvious also a note will be left to let the recipient know where to find their delivery.
Do you offer pickup options?
Yes. Evermore Floral Designs has the option for a pick up. You can place your order online or by phone and pick it up directly from our Studio. An email will be forwarded (if you ordered online) once they are completed. There is a pick up cupboard located at the side of the driveway, but if the arrangement is too big it will be waiting for you either on the back doorstep or safely aside for you in the Studio.
Your flowers will be beautifully prepared and will be safely looked after until you arrive.

Weddings & Events
Do you create flowers for Weddings and special Events?
Evermore Floral Designs does indeed! Weddings and events are a few specialties amoung many other floral requirements. Designing everything from bridal bouquets and buttonholes to ceremony arches, foliage ladders and reception centrepieces, all tailored to your vision and theme.
How far in advance should I book my wedding flowers?
It is recommended to book a large scale wedding at least 3–6 months in advance, especially during busy seasons. This ensures the security of your date and sourcing your preferred blooms to plan every detail beautifully. If you are not having an extravagant wedding and only require a bridal bouquet and a few bridesmaid's bouquets and button holes, there could be a good chance Evermore Floral Designs can organise these. Within a few weeks notice if the timing is right with any other events that may be needed to focus on. Please make contact and see what can be done. Evermore Floral Designs would love to help.
Do you offer consultations for wedding or event flowers?
Yes, we offer complimentary consultations to discuss your ideas, color palette, and budget. Please email or phone to make an appointment to set up a time when it suits us both. Please gather as much of your ideas and interests before the visit. It's a good idea to email these through beforehand, so Evermore Floral Designs can work out a price before your appointment. Anything can be altered and discussed later to confirm what you require.
